  • The Employment Scholarship Trust is a charitable trust established in 2000 to guide the development of launchpad.

    Our aim is to provide a new platform to create opportunities for young people to gain valuable work experience and increase their skill development with socially responsible employers.

    Launchpad is supported by:

     

    Participating Businesses - all the employers creating unsubsidised employment for one year.

     

    Tertiary Providers - the polytechs in all operating regions who provide free study to launchpad scholarship recipients.
