Launchpad simplifies and cuts the cost of the recruitment process. We pre-screen all applicants and hand pick the ones that best suit our employers’ needs – most employers make a decision after interviewing only 2-3 applicants. A fee is payable, as a contribution towards the cost of implementing the programme and the ongoing support.
Launchpad continually monitors the progress of scholarship holders. Our regional coordinators watch over our scholarship holders and regularly liaise with our employers.
